Amanda is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She received her LPN (2004) and ASN (2006) from Central Carolina Technical College in Sumter, South Carolina and her BSN (2017) and MSN (2019) from South University in Montgomery, Alabama.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, Amanda has worked in multiple departments including: pediatrics, medical/surgical, neonatal intensive care unit, and the emergency department. Prior to joining the Center for Pain in 2024, Amanda practiced as a family nurse practitioner in Pediatrics at a Rural Health Clinic.

Amanda is married and has two daughters. She also has multiple fur babies (1 dog and 5 cats) that she rescued. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, hiking, going to concerts, and traveling.
